WEMA VOGTLAND is now also building new cylindrical grinding machines

In line with market requirements, we have developed a series of cylindrical grinding machines which, due to their modular design, are available in a wide range of variants for a multitude of machining tasks.

Robust, compact, flexible, modular and configurable, clever in design and of maximum engineering accuracy - this is how the new machine series presents itself. Machines are available in two different basic configurations as a T-series (GRIND) and a series with a cross axis (GRINDX).
The machine scores with the following innovative features:

• Maximum flexibility: allows to grind any round or non-round customer pieces, clamped between center and non-center points, as well as rotors and shafts of all kinds, normally without further settings
• Simple configuration according to customer requirements thanks to modular design
• Cycle time minimization through state-of-the-art grinding cycles

• Easy programming, thanks to the WGP – WEMA Grinding Package, a software specialized in the grinding process and designed by WEMA VOGTLAND engineers.
