ELECTRIC MOTOR HOUSING

GRG designed and manufactured 16 identical weld fixtures for electric fan motor housing over 4 months, addressing three variances in the process. The system employs a two-stage weld process utilizing laser welding technology, ensuring high precision and tight tolerances. GRG’s innovative manual fixtures are cost-competitive while providing 360-degree weld access, enabling efficient production and optimal quality for the rotor fan housing.
