SIEPMANN bus shown at the tram museum festival in Solingen Kohlfurth

The reconstruction of the historical diesel bus 151 for which the GLOBAL RETOOL GROUP has assumed the sponsorship is progressing well. The bus was now circulating on the road again.

On Whitsun Weekend the coach was driven to Solingen Kohlfurth to participate in the annual festival of Solingen's tram museum. In perfect weather the event attracted many interested visitors. The SIEPMANN bus was exhibited at the tram depot together with historical trains and model railways.

Franz Grantl and Dietmar Hartkopf, members of the Solingen Obus museum board are confident to finish the refurbishment until end of this year. The bus will then become part of the museum's fleet of vehicles for special tours.
