As part of machine conversions, but also as completely new stand-alone solutions, we create special machine tools for our customers on the basis of modular concepts.

Rotary table, rotary transfer machines, transfer lines and tailor-made special designs of these machines are constantly being designed and built anew on the basis of the proven HPC® module series of WEMA VOGTLAND, in each case optimally adapted to the task at hand of the customer. They are designed for large- and medium-scale production and can also be used in flexible manufacturing systems.

Due to the close cooperation with our customers, we not only take up problem solutions, but also optimize existing processes and invest in new patented technologies, which we often develop together with our customers.

In the case of the Linetec machine from SVQ GmbH, the order for a linebore device in the course of a customer project developed into the idea of a complete fully automatic production machine for the μ-precise line drilling of camshaft and crankshaft bores, which has since been patented, further developed and sold several times worldwide.
